Bad & Good News

Okay guys, with regards to moving the site to .com I have a BIG problem, although it can be searched by typing www.dorsetmodified.com into the tool bar, it stills re-directs you to .tk, the reason we DONT want .tk is because its giving people login problems, and bringing pop ups all the time, and lots of other small reasons.

I can upgrade us to .com next weekend and its going to cost me a total of £97 out of my own pocket, which Im willing to do, HOWEVER the site will be completely removed, and I'm really sorry but it means everyone will lost their accounts, and all of their posts, the whole site with go through forum deletion, the reason for this being as forummotion aka .tk do not supply me with a MYSql dump, in which I can store all the foreigns and apply a daily backup, without mysql I cannot save any information from the site whatsoever, including accounts and posts.

With the new forum I will receive a MYSql Dump along with MYSql support and also Perl, PHP and 500mb diskspace for storing everything I need.

So the underlined reason for this post is too apologise profusely to you as the site will have to be completely shut down, restarted and all your accounts remade along with new posting. (Lucky this site hasnt been running for more than 6 months or something!)

Also to help me with this , I may introduce a Paid Members section, this will be PURELY just to help me cover some of the costs for the site, along with it you will recieve other benefits for being a paid member.

Yeah thats what I said, its good that I havent been running it for sorta more than 3 months cos thats alot of posts, glad its only been up and running for 4/5 days lol
